Winter Registration

Print and complete the form below if you would like to start taking piano lessons with the Love family in Rexburg, Idaho. Bring the form to our home, or send it in the mail. Winter lessons begin in January, 2013. Although most of our students live in Rexburg, we are willing to teach students throughout Madison, Jefferson and Fremont counties. Feel free to drop off your son or daughter for lessons when you come into town. We are just a couple of blocks away from Broulim's on Main Street, so you can get your grocery shopping done while you wait! Questions? Contact us.
