We plan to discontinue lessons through the summer, but return fall semester. We understand that we may risk losing our preferred teacher or time slot by taking the summer off.

Please note that our teachers do not change their schedules in June when students are out of school because the BYU-I semester remains the same from April through July. Normal lesson hours in the early morning and afternoon/evenings remain constant, and summer camps take place during late mornings and early afternoons. There are no lessons during the month of August.

**Please note that Music Tech Time (MTT) is a free add-on to private lessons which allows students the opportunity to work on iPad apps, practice and theory assignments, listening exercises, and more. While self-directed, teachers will give assignments, train, and assist as needed. MTT facilitates sibling and partner lessons, gives parents a little more time between drop-off and pick-up, and helps students develop in a wider variety of ways. Students may participate in MTT up to double their private lesson length. There is no monetary credit or discount for opting out of MTT.

I give permission to Love Family Piano to feature photographs and videos of my child on the studio website, Facebook page, email newsletters, and other promotional items.
Book Purchasing Agreement

I understand that books are not included in the cost of tuition, and I will be charged separately for them on my studio account. I will see these charges, when they occur, on invoices emailed monthly.
Tuition Agreement
*
I understand that tuition is based on 11 months of lessons and events from September 2016 - July 2017. Payments may be made in full for a 5% discount, by semester (September, January and April) for a 2.5% discount, or in monthly installments. Payments are due on the first of each month due, and a late payment fee of $30 will be charged after the 5th of the month for delinquent accounts.
